You don't need to learn an app to use this. Build a profile, get put with a few lads who train when and where you do, and show up. Everything below is just the parts of that.
The heart of it. You get shown lads at your gym who are after the same thing on the same nights, and each one tells you why he's come up — same gym, same goal, same nights. Ask one to train and he either says yes or he doesn't. Nobody gets put in a crew without saying so. Four men at most, on purpose.
The talking part. Post a win, a bad week, a first session back after a year out — and the lads back you. It's the bit that makes this more than a scheduling app, and it's the reason the whole thing exists. Report and block are built in and taken seriously.
Your training log. Put in what you lifted and it works out roughly what you could manage for one, tells you what to go for next time — one more rep or a bit more weight — and draws the line so you can see a month's worth at a glance. Beat a personal best and you can push it straight to The Forge.
For when you're going anyway and you'd rather not go on your own. Put up what you're doing and when, and whoever's about can answer. A session stays open until an hour before it starts, then it drops off the board so nobody turns up to something that's already started.
Your goal, your gym, the nights you train. Two minutes.
Same gym, same nights, same thing you're after. Up to four of you.
Log the session, share the win, do it again next week.
Free to join, and it stays free. Read why we built it if you want the rest of the story.
